HVAC Installation and Commissioning

We install chilled water fan coil units, air handling units, fresh air plants, split systems and ventilation ductwork, then commission each fan against its design air flow. Our water treatment, valve setting and thermal balancing work ensures that the furthest unit on a branch still receives its design flow, so no tenant suffers a stuffy room at the end of a long duct run. Electrical Distribution Systems

From the incoming main switchboard down to the final sub-circuit, we design and build distribution boards, busbar runs, cable trays, earthing and protection schemes. Every phase is colour coded and every circuit is labelled at both ends so future maintenance is a matter of reading the board rather than tracing cables by hand. FIRE

Fire Services Engineering

We install and maintain sprinkler systems, fire hydrant and hose reel pipework, fire pumps, alarm panels and smoke extraction fans, all coordinated with the building management system. Interfaces between the fire alarm and the mechanical plant are tested until the cause and effect matrix behaves exactly as the approved design demands. DRAINAGE

Plumbing and Drainage Systems

Potable water storage, booster pumps, sanitary fit-out, soil and waste stacks, condensate collection and grease traps all fall within our plumbing and drainage package. We set falls with a laser level, pressure test every run, and commission booster sets against their duty curves so upper floors keep steady pressure through peak demand. MAINTENANCE

Building Maintenance Contracts

Our planned maintenance contracts cover scheduled inspection, lubrication, belt and filter replacement, electrical testing and statutory compliance checks for the whole plant room. Each visit produces a condition report with photographs, and any defect is quoted before work proceeds, so a facilities manager always knows what is planned and what it costs. Energy Performance Upgrades

We retrofit variable speed drives, high efficiency motors, heat recovery ventilation, LED lighting with intelligent controls and improved insulation to cut a building energy load without disrupting its occupants. Before recommending a measure we meter the existing plant, model the saving, and report the simple payback period in writing.
